UC Regents is taking $80 out of my pocket because I forgot to take my parking pass to school last Thursday. And now they want me to put a postage stamp on the envelope that encloses half of my last paycheck. I can pay online, but that would cost me a $3 processing fee. The world is so unforgiving :(
